On Thursday, July 11 at about 11:45 p.m. deputies responded to a reported home invasion at a Friday Harbor apartment complex. Two masked men reportedly forced entry into the occupied apartment demanding property and assaulted the victims, according the the Sheriff’s Office.

In the ensuing altercation, the suspects were recognized by the victims, and the suspects fled, said Sheriff Rob Noe in a recent press release.

Two Friday Harbor men were later taken into custody without incident and lodged in the San Juan County Jail. No one was seriously injured in the incident.

The incident remains under investigation, said Nou.
