Several factors may have changed since you last reviewed your coverage. You may have new health issues or different prescriptions. Your plan might have a new network of providers or pharmacies for 2025, or its premiums and copays could have changed.

From October 15 to December 7, you can make changes to your Medicare coverage that will take effect on January 1, 2025.
