Friends of Lopez Island Pool would like to jump in and say thanks for all of those who participated in the SPLASH event on Aug. 1. We had a lot of folks interested in talking with board members about pool plans and viewing the conceptual drawings. Kids had great fun playing in our “virtual pool,” everything from the sponge relay, cake swim and therapy relay!

It is great to see the community coming together to support the benefits of a pool on the island someday. Thanks,
