Come join friends and fellow golfers for a day of fun!

The Second Annual Lopez Island Golf Club auction, dinner, and golf tournament will be on Sunday, June 29.

Proceeds from the will go towards general expenses, course improvements, and the high school golf team.

The golf club is trying not to raise membership dues or green fees to the public. The club is a non-profit organization available to members and the public. The high school golf team practices and plays several golf tournaments on the course.

The course attracts many visitors to the island each year, which makes it a valuable community asset.

The auction will feature some wonderful items, including golf passes at various local golf courses, four one-year memberships to the Lopez golf course, boating adventures, fishing trips, and dining adventures.

So come and play in the tournament and enjoy a salmon barbecue dinner. Tee-off is 1 p.m. Dinner will be served at 5 p.m. Tournament, dinner, and auction is $55 per person; dinner and auction is $25 per person. The auction begins at 6:30 p.m.
