Elizabeth “Betty” Lee Bliven, 92, of Lopez Island, passed away at Crosscreek Adult Family Home in Sedro-Woolley, Wash. on Sunday, June 3, with her family by her side. She was born on April 18, 1920, in Portland, Maine, the daughter of Charles and Marion (Whelan) Dillingham. A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m., Saturday, June 16 at Lopez Union Cemetery. A small reception will be held following the service at the family home, 151 Hilltop Way.
