Thank you Lopez Community for helping my fifth-grade class go to Islandwood. From your help we raised $6,500 and that is not including the $1,450 from the education foundation. Also in return, each student did four hours or more of island clean up. We have 29 kids in our class so in total we cleaned for 116 hours.

We had a blast at Islandwood. Some kids kissed a banana slug, some kids were in a talent show and a couple of kids made food in the garden, and boy the food was good. Also, I think I speak for all the kids when I say lodge time was awesome because we got to run, play, bond and sleep. All my classmates and five chaperones went. In conclusion, thank you for donating, we really appreciated it!
