Triplet in Capricorn!

We begin this week with a spectacular exact degree triplet in the sign of Capricorn. Retrograde Mercury, transformative Pluto and fiery Mars are all at exactly 4 degrees of Capricorn as we open the week. The political arena clearly shows this battle of wills in terms of changes implemented and how they will come about and by whose word. Capricorn is ruled by restrictive Saturn, so all three planets are expressing restrictions as the price of initiation of change or the process of change. In short, it’s a real mess. But that doesn’t have to trickle down into our personal lives; while the lions roar in governments and institutions around the world, we can better our lot by thinking outside the box and, in some ways, taking things into our own hands.

Capricorn also rules the skeletal system and lower legs, so anyone who is accident prone is likely to break a bone this week. Be careful!

The really good thing about this triplet is how practical it makes us; going into the Christmas season sort on cash, we are forced to evaluate our priorities and also teach that to the kids. What better time to get back to the very roots of this season and use it for gathering, sharing food or snacks and good stories instead of having the stress of buying gifts? This is a special Christmas and it will be one we will remember.

Don’t worry, folks…we’re not stupid and we are incredibly inventive. Just don’t upset the apple cart by trying to do something impossible; those days are gone. Do what is doable and lessen the stress. There truly is a lot to smile about now and we’re certainly not short on entertainment!

Institutions and authority figures are critical now, so if you are discussing a loan, a bailout, a change of portfolio or other major shift in assets, you may have missed a detail before that comes up for inspection now. Don’t get distracted and avoid details; they need your attention right now.

Cancer (June 21 – July 22): The Capricorn Triplet in your sector of relationship brings a critical focus to your love life; you may be in the process of breaking up or coming together…wherever you are in the process of relationships, it is in your face.
