Learn about fire danger on Lopez from 6-8 p.m., Thursday, July 5 at the Lopez Community Center. Attendees will reflect on concerns, explore options, learn simple fire-safety practices and establish action items. Fire is the No. 1 concern for second homes.

This free event is co-hosted by the Neighborhood Emergency Preparedness Group, Lopez Island Fire and EMS and Lopez land managers.
