Come tour the neighborhood. Check out our beautiful houses including the three which are for rent or sale. The available homes are one-bedroom, one-bedroom/flex and two-bedroom/flex houses.

Located on Lopez Road just north of the village, Common Ground is an affordable housing co-op with 11 lovely homes. The comfortable hand crafted houses feature passive solar design, solar power and hot water, rain catchment and strawbale walls. The neighborhood has a play ground and BBQ area (shared with Tierra Verde co-op and Lopez Community Land Trust).

The houses have faced recent challenges, and have had remediation. The Common Ground community wishes to share our experience and our homes at the Open House. Munchies will be provided. All are welcome.
