PUPPET WORKSHOP: 2 – 4 p.m., Lopez Island Library. Make a Puppet Workshop Northwest Puppet Center presents “Make a Puppet” with Stephen and Chris Carter.Ages 5 – Adult. Free Workshop. Northwest Puppet Center`s artistic directors will help you transform a sock into a hand puppet or frog puppet. You can make a dog, a princess, a crocodile, an alien or any character you can imagine. Evening Meals at School:
5:30 – 7 p.m., Last meal of the 2009–10 season. It’s been another great year, and we are looking forward to continuing this community gathering that supports local, seasonal, and sustainably grown food from island farms. A kid-friendly option of plain grains and raw vegetables and a wheat-free version of the dessert are available at every meal. This is a donations-only event.
