County Council meeting: 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., Woodmen Hall. The meeting will continue during and through lunch. Topics include Odlin Cannon, Solid Waste funding, legislative priorities. There should be ample time for citizen comment at 10:30 and 11:30 a.m.
