On Thursday, Dec. 12 at the Lopez Library Meeting Room from 3-5 p.m. there will be a jet noise information meeting.

There will be current information on the Navy Whidbey Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the proposed introduction of 39 additional F-18 Growlers and their impact on our local communities and the environment.

Sample letters for EIS comments will be available. The deadline for EIS comments is January 3, 2014.
