“We are filling out the schedule with more local programs,” says KLOI Board Member Ron Metcalf. “We are looking for additional local programing and DJs. It’s fun. Give us a call at 468-3656. Sunday: Shantparv will be doing his show The Essential Hippy Review from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m.

Monday: Jeff Huntington DJ’s his Good Monday Music program from 7:30 to 9:30 a.m.

On Carol Steckler’s Community Bulletin Board and Kitchen Table Politics from 11 a.m. to noon. Carol will interview Jim Douglass, a theologian and peace activist who will be coming to Lopez Community Center on June 11.

Tuesday: Morning Light Meditation from 6:30-7:00 a.m.

Steve Heller and Ron Metcalf’s Community Bulletin Board and Local Interest Show from 11 a.m. to noon.

Music from the San Juans at 3 p.m.

Metcalf will DJ a program of Lopez Only music from 4 to 5 p.m.

Somewhere on Lopez at 8 p.m. will feature an interview with Russel Barsh of the Center for the Study of Coast Salish Environments.

Wednesday: Community Bulletin Board and Kitchen Table Politics with Carol Steckler from 11:00-11:15

Michele Heller will be doing Good News for a Change from 11:15 a.m. to noon.
