There will be a flea market in Lopez Village on June 27 from 10 a.m to 2 p.m.

The market will be held in the parking lot of the old Lopez Village Market building.

Organizers Robert Herrmann and Holly B are eager that as much business as possible should exist in “down town” Lopez Village.

A press release issued says “…in the fine tradition of the Sunday flea markets across the USA, clean out your attics and garages because as we all know, one person’s trash is another person’s treasure.”

All proceeds belong to the vendors, and the general public is invited to bring their tables, chairs and sell-able items. There will, however, be no food vendors.
