The operator of the fireworks display has requested that the minimum safe setback for spectators be increased from 840 feet to 1000 feet. We have agreed to this request and establish the minimum setback as 1000 feet.

The operator of the Fireworks Display cannot begin the event until all spectators and watercraft have complied with the 1000 foot setback and have exited beyond the minimum safe viewing distance. Compliance with this minimum separation is for your safety.
