Sam graduated from Eastern Washington University in 2017 with a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Health Administration. Sam is recently married and is now Samantha Lower. She lives in Fargo, North Dakota where she works in the Department of Human Services of the North Dakota state mental health program.
